100 gallons is about 834 lbs. If they hold 500 Wh per gallon that will be 50kWh. With a Tesla, that would be a 188 miles of range. To get back to 320 miles, you'd need 170 gallons or about 1420 lbs. That is about half the weight of an 85 kWh Telsa battery pack.
You would need to drain and refill the car. Probably would take 10-15 minutes, which would speed up EV recharging. The station would then recharge the nano fluid.
The next issue is that the listed "range" of EVs is far far worse then the EPA ratings on car engines. YMMV...
