LOL! My '08 Boxster S gets 21 - 22 mpg on the highway (cruise set at 83, and not afraid to accelerate to get past other vehicles or big clumps of vehicles). I think my car is rated by Porsche to get 23. I think I could get 23 (or maybe a bit more) if I was able to drive slow enough and sedately enough.
