Brushing my teeth yesterday at 8 am and when I was done my Sonicare toothbrush wouldn't shut off.
No matter how hard or what I jabbed the button with...it would not quit running. It makes a bit of noise, so first I dumped it into the wastebasket, but that was too loud inside the house...so I took the garbage with the toothbrush out to my trash cart.....and I could easily hear it running when outside. (even half-way across the yard..the cart seemed to amplify the vibration noise)

Three hours later, I left for lunch at the local pub and it was still running as loud as ever.
I got home at mid-afternoon....still running.
The last time I checked at 9pm it was unbelievably still running.

It stopped sometime during the night because this morning it was quiet.
I was thinking of taking a hammer to it the next morning if it was still running.
It was getting kinda scary. It had been running for over 13 hours.

Prime truck is bringing a different model Sonicare today. (diff start button)
