Without looking, I seem to recall Clark's Garage has a write up on this and there are several previous posts on this. Speaker removal can be done either by removing or not removing the window. The window removal is less risky but is more work. The risk of tearing up the back window panel is higher if the window isn't removed. Reinstalling the windows requires using rope.
