Around $10K...the problem is the added cost of refurbishment. Probably needs new rubber & cloth, then the labor of a skilled table mechanic. Good table mechanics are as in demand as a top Porsche tech.
(edit) Another thing is that a serious player would probably prefer a modern top tier table, like a Diamond professional table...one that plays like the ones used in tournaments.
