I think I will Pete. Thanks to Matt too. I have the G64 manual that's floating around and have the space and tools to get started. Not sure I have all the pullers, but I do have a press and could get anything else I need locally.
Honestly, I think the site would appreciate a newbie going through this and attempting to document it all. I found a picture of workshop that does this work normally. It looks straight forward enough.
