It's good to be prepared for whatever eventuality: Earthquake, flood or even a Government meltdown or Zombie apocalypse. You have to get your
timing right, though. You could spend your whole adult life holed up in your cabin in the wilderness prepared for the worst and at some point you hit old age and you're off to the senior living facility.
And then the Zombies smash down the doors of the rest home while you're eating your tapioca pudding. Timing...
