Car is 1986 911.
Rear License plate light holder has crumbled (disingrated) completely when I removed it to replace burnt light bulb. I suspect muffler heat did it in because holder is located just above muffler on the left or driver side. Or it could simply be old age !
I changed right side bulb last year, without issue - muffler routing does not produce as much heat on right side.
I would be happy to buy a used bulb holder. Or can anyone tell me part number for the holder ?
