I won't even take my car to a shop in the U.S. I'd take it down to TJ to a shop with good recommencations. A shop manager there, where i was having work done a long time ago said, "In the US they replace it. Here we fix it." Since you're in WA, maybe there is a chance things might be better across the boarder in Canada. No clue, but mayube a possibility.
