Very true. All kidding aside, falls can be catastrophic for older people. We’ve discussed it here before, the importance of doing simple balance and strength exercises to maintain that youthful spring in your step as long as possible. I still have my health and therefore I’m happy. If that ever changes, I’ll have to reevaluate.
