WD I'm with you on the restricting movements idea! Last thing I need is encouragement to sit on my ass and get fatter and more sloth-like. Screw that! I can't be one of those scooter people at wal mart.

Well i had #6 adjusted perfectly but then just before i tightened it a butterfly in Zimbabwe farted and now i have to start all over again!
