Get a quote for keys replacement. Let her know you are concerned b/c you've heard it cost X amount of $$$$ to replace them both vs. lesser X amount to replace one.
Then get on with life. If she loses the other key, let her sweat (if for nothing else, you asked her to take it seriously and she didn't).
