Truckers usually know way ahead of time when there’s a hazard via CB radio. Granted the blue car driver caused it by slowing down so dangerously slow. Once had a lady come to a complete stop on I95 in front of me with nobody in front of her (in the dark!). She stopped to look at a crash/fire in the woods on the other side of the highway. What the heck are people thinking???
