A job I did - backyard pool. How do I both create privacy while blocking out objectional view(s)?

In this case I elected to use a clumping (non-invasive) variety of Bamboo. One that has a confined footprint, yet can achieve heights of 20', or more.

Rainbird drip tubing used for irrigation - Kangaroo Fern used as ground cover under planting.

Done!
Bamboo is a great idea. Grows tall and fast. With the house a drive under, anything we can do to help screening would be a plus. We did talk about building a berm and planting Leland cypress or similar.
