I had several of the Evel Knievel toys until my dad went back into the Navy and I had to leave most of my toys behind.


Legos and Lincoln Logs were hours and hours of fun.

When I was 8 ('78) we moved to Japan, and that's where I got the coolest toys! Die cast Anime toys. They shot little plastic missles. They would often transform into other things. I've got one where you bought 6 separate toys that you could then assemble into one big robot. I still have them in a box in storage somewhere.
