The phone booths are on the Molokai wharf in Kaunakakai, saw a few more scattered in parks- I'd be surprised if there aren't some at the airport too.
I've flown in and out of there twice- my favorite airport by far!
Got out on the southernmost section of Whitehorse trail a couple times in the last 2 days. Fabulous weather (50 degrees and sunshine) made me want to go find the landslide that has stopped this section of rails to trails from being "open".
Beautiful ride yesterday on my Mtn Bike despite deep gravel sections that I bailed off and walked- they were pretty short- once this section is done and paved it will be very very good!
Lots of big leaf maples and river views/access at some point.
Only one person on a horse, one walker and one bicycle rider in the 3 mile RT.
That's the way I like it!
North and South Fork of the Stilliguamish are both flowing chocolate mixes
the slide is 30' high and 50 yards wide- plenty more hillside above to refill anything you scoop out. It will be interesting to see how this gets buttressed and made "safe"
