Rick - The scams are driving me crazy, too. I can't believe these people get away with this crap. If our govt set aside a few million bux, we could catch up with the dozen or so individuals that account for 90% of the bad stuff going on out there. I don't understand why they don't do it. Amazing that if you try this stuff through the mail they will hunt you down and put you in jail, but the internet, for some reason, is anything-goes.

I've been doing online banking, online purchasing and Paypal for 10 years now. And a lot of it. I've never been hacked. Even if I am, liability is minimal. I don't see what the big risk is. Worst case, you'll need to cancel a card and get a new replacement.
