Definitely worth the watch.
My wife and I had short listed the Phoenix area for retirement...but recently we go back and forth based on the summers and water shortage issues.
Interestingly, I live in Houston. During Hurricane Harvey in Sept 2017, ONE TRILLION gallons of water fell on this city in only 4 days. I always said, what if we were to collect this water, build a trunkline and transport it to Arizona using pump station every 150-miles??? Its something I do now with hydraulic modelling and would love to be part of a project like this.
