Just yesterday, I had a prime dip sandwich (that's what they called it) and the waitress asked if I wanted horse with it . I was expecting the strong stuff, so I asked for it on the side.
It was a mixture of (I think) sour cream, horse radish, and something else. I tried it and it was the best addition to prime rib I've ever had. The whole thing was $14...I'll def get that again.
