I'm amazed b their tracking systems.
I have seen "arrives by 10 pm" posted on my track orders tab and get an email with photo it has arrived.
Pre-pandemic, Amazon had tours of the warehouse centers where you walk thru how an order is picked and how products are warehoused. It is fascinating. These tours are vitual.
