I never put a thought into which watch to wear with a certain car. Under $5k, I would go with Omega, Speedmaster or Seamaster. If you are tinkering with your car while wearing a watch, Seamaster because it is more robust. Once, I had to change a fan belt in the dark, so my watch got banged around.
