Pedestrians who leave the store with a cart and cross the approach roadway at an angle to reach their car...four lanes over.
Just go straight across and then turn your cart. Cars have to wait while they slowly take 30 yards to cross in front of them.
They are oblivious of the cars patiently waiting for them to clear the roadway.
I had this happen this afternoon at Menards and I could hear one of the other drivers shouting out his window.....and it wasn't "have a good day"
