I've done it myself in the driveway. (as a matter of fact, I took these tires in question off some used wheels I bought for my E28 BMW)
A bottle jack and something to wedge it to (Like a truck bumper-hitch) to break the bead and a couple of HF tire irons and the tires are off, two minutes to pop the new ones on the rim.
