It depends on what they are
Education? Drag Queen Story Hour, DEI, big salaries and new offices for administrators?
Healthcare? for illegal aliens, provide 'safe' needles for addicts?
Public Safety? Face recognition cameras on public streets?
I'm not saying that is what they will do but I DON'T trust the gov't to spend money wisely or morally.
