. I became a basketball junkie (both attempting to play) and as a fan, around '72 (born in '60) watching (and listening on the radio) to the Carolina Cougars, and State was my college team .... ABC (Anybody But Carolina) until Worthy (my hs bud had to guard him once
) and the MJ years. Since I don't have ESPN, I'm seeing all three play for the first time on CBS .... and I still watch March Madness .... I still love b-ball, just don't watch it ... and the game changed with "one & done" talent .... miss the old daze for sure! State verses Maryland (ACC tourney) is still the best game I've ever seen, and David Thompson the BEST college player too
