Long time ago, 70 events in a Formula Ford, all in the early 1970's. It was a very wild time with a lot of cars at every event. Fifty starters was not uncommon.

Riverside Raceway, short track, long track, NASCAR track, multiple times
Big Willow, when that was the only track, no buildings, no fence, no potties, the pit lane was gravel, the paddock was bare desert, not at all like it appeared in Ford vs. Ferrari. You haven't really raced until you've field stripped a Hewland gearbox in a howling dirt storm when it starts to rain mud. Or raced in a snow storm.
Ontario Motor Speedway, both directions
Holtville, long & short track
Carlsbad, very narrow except for the dragstrip
Laguna Seca, when it was narrow & before there was much there in the way of amenities, the swamp in the middle of the track added a certain ambiance and curious flying insects
Phoenix
