You can tell when people are texting and driving because they drive slow. Then they speed up once finished, and slow down again when answering.

WhereI live, you see the beat up surfmobiles and don't stay behind them. Not because parts fall off, they do once in a while, but when they see the ocean, they always slow down to check out the surf.
