Update 4/6/24:

I was struggling to find someone local to take on painting the 911. Based on a recommendation from someone in the VW/Porsche community near here, I found someone to paint it. They mentioned out of the blue in March that they could take it on. So, a couple weekends ago I took it for one last drive for a while. Then I cut out the glass and pulled the engine and transmission to get it ready for paint. Both jobs were fairly straightforward, but dropping the engine and transmission without a lift and by myself was not ideal. I got it out, but it really should have been a 2-person job.

Does anyone know if someone makes a complete high-quality exterior seal kit for mid year cars?

I'm planning to have the wheel wells and floor undercoating re-done also. The options are black and tinting to close to body color. Any recommendations? I plan to drive it so I was thinking black even though it's not the factory beige look. Thanks.
