I went to Aruba a few months ago and they are everywhere there. At first, I was not happy but after a few days of driving around there I found them to work amazing... The all have 2 or 3 lanes with dedicated turn lanes so if you see someone coming around in the middle lane, you dont even have to slow down when you merge in.. You rarely had to slow down ever.. They worked great there because everybody knew how to use them!
