Any idea where your extended tail was made? I have the identical one and have no idea if it’s origins. Most are a full deck lid whereas this bolts to the stock 930 decklid like a tea tray

Would you mind sharing some pictures? It'd be great to see the process to tackle something like this.
I do not know when the whale tail was made. It has the Porsche symbol engraved in the rubber, which makes me think it's an OEM part. I have a feeling the deck lid is original to the car and they just slapped the extension on top of it.
It's a shame but at least it was cheap to buy
