Well I don't like to keep anybody waiting, but apparently Fedex doesn't mind! Still waiting on material so I can get to work making skid plates...
In the meantime I made another mini-duck (the one in the middle) to make sure I can reliably produce these in a reasonable number of hours. The one in the middle is the latest. Adding a V-weave actually made the first layer somewhat easier to lay into the mold - it was an interesting experiment but I'll never be able to guarantee these will be anything other than paint-grade.
