Some guys will say long term storage on a 2 post is bad for a convertible or targa . Some will say suspension droop maxes out shocks/struts in the wrong direction . They may or may not be correct . I have never had my cars on my 2 post for more than a few days .
If I were to store for 6 months or longer I think I would remove the wheels/tires as a precaution .
