There are card cases that stick on to the back of a naked phone or a phone case, so you can mix/match phone case and card case.

I wonder about magnet mounting with a back-mounted card case - seems the magnet wouldn't be good for the card stripes, not sure if it matters to the card chip. Certainly the wireless charger won't work through credit cards.

You can load a credit card(s) into the phone, and stuff a $20 and your driver's license into the case behind the phone.

I don't use a case anymore. Current iPhones are rugged and waterproof enough to use naked.
