Thanks everyone for your posts. I did find the spring pivot on the bottom of my door. Used a carriage bolt to replace it with a couple of nuts and washer. Re-tensioned the spring as originally positioned and now the window moves up and down much faster. Also cleaned and re-lube all the regulator joints, wheels and motor gears. Finally replaced the Felt on my window channel and lube it with silicone spray as suggested.Tried realigning the window glass channels but w/o improvement.
the driver window still operates quicker. Possibly the new felt is tighter? Anyway I'm putting the door card etc..back together for now.
