I'd put this in the same category with companies that made major changes relying on analyzing places like FB or Twit. And got it wrong, oh so wrong.
With jobs serving the public, there can be a human element that might engage with customers in ways that might not get picked up beyond raw productivity or sales.

As to the original post, I recall the movie desk set.
In desk set the talented researchers thought they were being replaced, and were quite hostile.
Where Ai art is right now is not a replacement, it's a tool.
That original speil of words in the first image is not from the kind of person I'd want working for me.
