About 25 years ago my boss asked me the same question. I said the same and he went with his family and loved it and couldn’t thank me enough.

We considered caribbean but I think mid September is hurricane season?
Hawaii and Europe are on the table still. European cruises are CHEAP...
We could do more than a week but my son starts High School this fall so it may not be a good idea for him to be gone more than a week at that time.
I'm also losing a race against time where my kids will be at the age where hanging out with mom and dad isnt going to be 'cool' for much longer.
If we do the Yellowstone / Moab trip, we would likely bring our dirtbikes to explore Moab.
