A gallon of PB Blaster and a squirt bottle are $40-60. Lowe's and Advance Auto has it but maybe not with the bottle. I like the small old style oil cans.
And then some loud mouth says: 80% of all stuck stuff comes undone with a blue tipped wrench. Unfortunately it's a few hundred bucks to get geared up.
I like a simple tip like this and stay away from the cut off torches.
