This stuff is my go to. Along with PB and Kroil. Liquid Wrench ranks up there too.

I don't know what is in that stuff but back in the day, a bottle of rust buster in the service van was a guaranteed nasty headache for me.
If I needed some, I would purchase it from the parts wholesaler and charge it to and leave it on the jobsite.
