We'd also like to experience Colorado. I've added Telluride to the list of stops. It appears to be pretty cool at night even in June. What a fantastic part of the country. This is a bit of a reconnaissance ride for a future trip with the family.

I don't mind camping in the National Parks. They normally have a tent camping area. The coolest place I ever camped in that area was in the park at the north rim of the Grand Canyon. You're literally on the edge of the canyon in some of the spots.
