I've read through a bunch of posts about stuck horns but none seem to match what my car is doing.

1. ignition off -- horn works normal from steering wheel - I can hear both horns
2. ignition on - horn is stuck on - but only 1 horn
3. ignition on - all fuses and relay removed - horn stuck on

any other way to just disconnect the horn until I can figure it out?
