i have never found the "timing belt tools" to ever work in the cam gears, they never line up properly, but i dont think i have a single non-shaved head laying around anymore. so i use the double wrench method, or just use a second person. there is a bunch of drama online about counting teeth on the timing belt, but i never do that either, i just line em up, slip it on, and then spin them and check to make sure they are still aligned.
front main is leaking on my newly build blue car, so i gotta change that out here this summer. waterpump/timing belt is like a 2 hour job.
