Looks like you have most of the bases covered with your list, brake fluid flush is a must. How many miles are on it? I would be in less of a rush on other oils but they should all be changed if they are due according to mileage.

I might have missed it but this is a 6-speed manual car? I have a factory short shifter in the box for this car, (or any 986/996), if interested.

It looks like it has 17” wheels in photo but can’t be sure, if you got it cheap, I would hunt for some 18” hollow spoke turbo twists, maybe you can find some with good tires on them? When I had my ‘99 996, I found a set with fresh Pilot Sports on them for less than the price of the tires new. Very noticeable upgrade if those are 17s.
