I visited him in Hollywood, FL a few times after he had been their a few years. His shop was a storage rental unit and he used one bay for work and the adjoining bay for his home. He built a complete apartment in the one bay..including an upstairs bedroom and office. It was amazing. He built and installed custom cabinetry....and he had a very good business going until he passed away 5 years ago. |
I've never seen a storage unit with plumbing, and I don't think that they usually have power....
