^^^ I don't know how he did it (might not have been up to code), but he had complete plumbing and electrical.
When we were in Jr High, our hobby was model rocketry. I would buy a kit and glue it up and have it ready in an hour. His models would always take a few days....painting, sanding, painting etc. they had to be perfect when done.
