Alright! Finally after trying a bunch of stuff and searching the internet I decided I would make my own adapters for the woofers (and no, I wasn't going to use MDF), so I thought long and hard about the material I wanted to use and I came up with..........Wait for it....... Cutting boards

I wanted to use the Bose housing and speaker connection and as you can see the speaker screws are just offset from the mounting holes which made it...interesting

So I did up a rough template

Once I got it close to what I needed I cut the inner circle to allow the speaker to go through

The magnet was just a couple mm too deep so I cut the plastic grill on the inner door side so the speaker would sit flush

Then I changed the connectors for the speakers and drilled a hole allowing the wires to pass through. Here is it all buttoned up

This took WAY more time than it should have, but I am happy with the results! Now to get the other side done and buttoned up so I can do an audio test.

Red Wine time!
