I'm kinda with PMAX on this one. A lot of perceived CIS issues are really ignition. Given "body shake" at idle, I would start with:
- Verify all cylinders are sparking strong
- Verify plugs and wires are good
- Verifying timing and points are good
Make sure that's all good before proceeding. After that:
- Spray pattern test
- Check for air leaks
- Do the pressure tests
