1985 Mitsubishi Galant. It was 1992, I was a sophomore in college.
It was totally 80's style blocky sharp edged cool! It had speed dependent wipers! The rear seats reclined! Automatic temperature control! It was more Cadillac than a Cadillac!!!
Of course, the early Galants turned out to be technological nightmares, and all of the money went into the tech instead of the drivetrain, so they were absolutely crappy cars.
But reclining rear seats!!
I had it for maybe 9 months. Blew an engine, then had a Lexus cut me off, and it totaled the car.
