A 1964 2 door Dodge Dart GT . My brother had it and had the 225 slant six bored out . A Crane cam was added along with an Offy manifold and Holley 390 carb . Exhaust was Clifford Research long tube headers . The car had the rare option of a Hurst 4 speed floor shifter . My brother gave me the car for my 16th birthday as he had moved onto a 69 Porsche 912 .
That Dart was quick and sounded great . Horrible for hot starts as the headers cooked the fuel in the carb when sitting . I beat a lot of 289 Mustangs in high school with that car
