You have a point about flashing emergency lights that are too bright. The worst ones I’ve ever seen were in Seattle, their highway patrol had someone pulled over on the side of the freeway at night and the strobe lights nearly blinded me. I honestly couldn’t believe it. There must be some ideal level of lighting and it’s way below that.
