Thanks for chiming Sid! On the cost of coffee, when I find the perfect beans, or even close, I almost don't care what it costs. If I can replicate the Kenyan AA in England (earlier post) I'd pay $25/lb all day long. Even $50 and just make it for special occasions. It was that good.
